智通财经APP讯，绿色动力环保(01330)发布公告，于2024年10月30日，鉴于近期公开信息，并综合考虑公司现有业务状况及审计服务需求，根据公司核数师委聘招标结果并经公司审计与风险管理委员会推荐，公司董事会议决，建议提请公司股东于公司即将召开的临时股东大会上批准委任立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)为公司2024年度新任核数师，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止。
公司已就建议更换核数师与原聘任的核数师普华永道中天会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)进行了沟通。普华永道已考虑公司上述原因，并同意辞任公司核数师，自2024年10月30日起生效。
