智通财经APP讯，中国中车(01766)公布，于2024年10月30日，该公司与中车集团订立股权转让合同，据此，该公司同意向中车集团收购外贸金租约2.59%股权，代价为约人民币3.716亿元。
本次交易完成后，该公司将持有外贸金租约25.89%股权，外贸金租将不会成为公司的附属公司。
公告称，本次股权转让有利于持续推进外贸金租与中车金融租赁有限公司的优化整合，有利于巩固深化两家金租公司专业化整合成效，有利于公司进一步优化管理架构、增强核心竞争力。本次交易符合公司发展战略，将对公司发展产生积极影响。
