消息面上，10月25日，国家数据局局长刘烈宏提出，将继续坚持以数据要素市场化配置改革为主线，统筹推动数字中国、数字经济、数字社会的建设，同时加快培育全国一体化数据市场，并深入推进数据开发利用，实现数据资源配置效率最优化和效益最大化。山西证券指出，随着数据要素相关政策密集出台，数据要素市场化进程有望加速推进。
据悉，阜博在掌握影视基因数字指纹、水印等核心专利技术的同时，顺应Web3.0和AI的发展趋势，积极探索数字内容确权、数字内容资产保护和交易在新场景下的应用机会。本月初，公司宣布拟不时在公开市场购回总金额不超过2亿港元公司股份。公司认为，股份购回计划反映了公司对自身业务展望及前景充满信心。
