消息面上，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达，继续透过旗下杨协成及家族办公室增持维他奶，联交所资料显示，黄志达10月24日增持维他奶国际约570.4万股，令其持股由原本的9.52%，升至10.06%，已达到可召开股东会门槛。
据悉，10月7日，黄志达首次申报通过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合计持有维他奶超过5%股权。公开资料显示，杨协成是新加坡的一家食品饮料上市公司，其所属的黄氏家族由新加坡首富黄廷方创立。截至目前，杨协成旗下产品主要包括豆奶、马蹄爽等，主要市场位于东南亚。来自中国市场的收入不算多，占比不到10%，华南、华东地区为杨协成的主要市场。
