智通财经APP获悉，万国数据-SW(09698)涨近3%，截至发稿，涨2.62%，报21.55港元，成交额483.58万港元。
消息面上，万国数据-SW发布公告，该公司国际联属公司DigitalLand Holdings Limited(GDS International或“GDSI”)(作为GDSH在中国内地以外的数据中心资产及运营的控股公司)与若干机构私募股权投资者(投资者)订立最终协议，以认购GDSI新发行的10亿美元B轮可转换优先股(B轮)。
据悉，GDS International于2022年成立，其公司总部位于新加坡。其资产组合目前包括约480兆瓦已投入使用及在建的数据中心容量以及额外590兆瓦供未来开发的数据中心容量，分布于中国香港、新加坡、马来西亚(柔佛)、印尼(巴淡岛)及日本(东京)等战略要地。
