智通财经APP讯，滨海投资(02886)发布公告，由于公司与罗兵咸永道会计师事务所(罗兵咸永道)未能就截至2024年12月31日止年度的审计费用达成一致，罗兵咸永道已同意辞任公司核数师的职务，自2024年10月31日起生效。
根据审核委员会建议，德勤•关黄陈方会计师行(德勤)获委任为新核数师，自2024年10月31日起生效，以填补罗兵咸永道辞任后的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
