新地(00016.HK) 旗下启德“天玺．天”继本周二开标售出10伙后，今日再度公布13伙单位的招标成交，套现逾4.5亿元。新地副董事总经理雷霆表示，本周项目总共标售23伙单位，项目总销售金额已突破100亿元，稍后推售特色户料将再创高潮，相信有望创造全区呎价新高。
新地代理总经理胡致远指，“天玺．天”不足4周累积标售88伙，今天(31日)再次公布招标结果，再录得13宗标售成交，其中不乏大额成交，全数为标准单位，成交金额由2,498万至7,810万元，成交呎价由28,162至39,345元；其中成交金额及呎价最高单位为第3座 (Peak Tower)43楼B单位，实用面积1,985平方呎，成交金额为7,810万元，呎价为39,345元。
胡致远续指，88伙标售单位中，Peak Tower占42伙，平均售价均逾5,200万元；项目已累积售出865伙，占整体逾95%单位，项目最高售价及成交呎价分别为9,103.3万元及45,722元。
他提到，目前“天玺．天”尚余41伙会继续招标发售，并集中推广特色户型。另外，元朗“YOHO West”第1期已售出近1,200伙，预计11月开始分批陆续交楼。
对于本港楼市，雷霆指，昨日“The YOHO Hub II”新一轮推售亦接近沽清，下周联储局很大机会再度减息，将再有提振作用，为明年楼市全面复苏铺路。(sl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2024-10-31 16:25。)
