10月30日，彭浦镇举行2024年社工培训成果展示活动。历时245天、为期8个月的学习后，小镇社工们走上舞台，进行了一次阶段性的成果汇报。

据悉，为更好地提升社工的专业能力，满足社区工作的多元化需求，2024年彭浦镇以社工需求为导向，推出“彭学社”计划，探索选课学分制的社工培训模式，为社工赋能。通过选课学分制的设定，社工们可以根据个人兴趣和工作规划自由选择课程，确保培训内容与工作实际紧密相关，实现人才的精准成长。

本次成果展示分8组进行汇报演出，社工们将社区治理故事搬上舞台，展示在培训中所学、所思、所悟到的新知识、新技能。从加装电梯、美丽楼组、垃圾分类……一个个贴近日常的工作案例蕴含着社工们的“金点子”。

汇报演出后，彭浦镇为“全岗通”培训中表现优秀的学员，以及“全岗通”社区治理情景小品展示优异的小组颁发了奖项，并向获奖者们表达了诚挚的祝贺，对他们的未来成就寄予厚望。

未来，彭浦镇将持续为社工赋能，让社工成为社区建设的重要力量，共同为推动彭浦镇社区发展，为建设更加美好的“卓越城区·魅力小镇”而努力奋斗。
