格隆汇10月31日｜德国西门子同意斥资106亿美元，收购美国工程软件商Altair Engineering。根据Altair的公告，每股交易作价为113美元，较公司10月21日收市价有18.7%溢价。有媒体在10月21日收市后报道了Altair拟卖盘的消息。如果交易完成，将是西门子4年来最大宗收购个案，预计将有助提升西门子在工业自动化市场占有主导地位。
