消息面上，碧桂园服务发布公告，于2024年10月29日，碧桂园物业香港与珠海万赢及大连万达订立补充协议(四)，据此，碧桂园物业香港拟向万达方出售第二期目标股份，即目标公司珠海万达2210.935万股，占目标公司全部股本约0.31%。第二期代价为约人民币6.49亿元。
公告称，第二期出售事项为该集团战略聚焦和收缩财务性投资规模，按投资退出计划回售股份，有助集团回笼资金，聚焦经营集团核心业务。而且，与交易各方于补充协议(二)项下约定的收购日期(即不晚于2024年12月31日)相比，第二期出售事项提早实现了万达方履行其于补充协议(二)下购回目标公司的股份的责任，为集团变现投资回报的适当时机。第二期出售事项完成后，该集团将不再持有目标公司的任何股份。
