领地控股(06999.HK) 公布，有关针对成都领源及成都润德的破产清算申请以及法院委任管理人，公司合营企业成都京领英赫置业于上周四(24日)以重整能提升成都领源及成都润德的整体价值且有益于成都领源及成都润德以及各自的债权人为由，向成都市双流区人民法院申请对成都领源及成都润德进行重整。
成都市双流区人民法院于昨日(30日)作出民事裁定，决定受理重整申请。因此，管理人将依照相关法律规定进行重整。
成都领源及成都润德进入重整程序后，预计不会对公司日常经营业务造成重大不利影响，而公司拟继续专注于主营业务。公司将配合成都市双流区人民法院，与有关各方讨论成都领源及成都润德的重整计划及未来营运规划。(jl/u)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
