新天绿色能源(00956.HK) 公布，计划逐步出售现有光伏业务，以集中资源拓展主业，未来将持续聚焦于风力发电及天然气相关产业，集中资源投入陆上及海上风电场、LNG码头及接收站、天然气长输管线及城市燃气、燃气电厂等方面的建设和经营。
公司今年上半年光伏发电收入录得5,600万元人民币，占总收入0.46%。公司指，光伏项目的投资回报相对风电项目较低以及光伏业务受国家土地政策变化制约较大，并指已与部分潜在买方展开初步接洽，潜在买方正在前期评估，预计在未来一段时间内会对部分已建成的光伏项目达成明确出售意向，亦会积极寻找潜在买方，冀在建成后一定期限内尽快完成出售在建光伏项目。
