BlockBeats 消息，10 月 31 日，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国司法部宣布，在近期针对多家加密货币交易所的市场操纵调查中，MyTrade 创始人 Liu Zhou 已认罪，成为首个认罪的涉案方。Liu Zhou 承认通过在多个加密货币交易所进行虚假交易来操纵市场。
据司法部文件显示，39 岁的 Liu Zhou 持有中国和加拿大双重国籍，其公司 MyTrade MM 曾公开声称可以“在同一秒内进行买卖自交易”，并通过“拉高出货”（pump and dump）方式操纵市场。检方指出，该公司通过人为制造交易量来抬高代币价格，从不知情的投资者损失中获利。
在同案中的另一家交易所 CLS Global 首席执行官 Filipp Veselov 表示，公司已主动与美国监管机构接触，愿意改进业务流程并展开建设性对话。该案中还涉及 Gotbit 和 ZM Quant 等多家交易所，Liu Zhou 将于明年初接受联邦法院判决。
