智通财经APP讯，重庆银行(01963)发布公告，经中国人民银行批准，该行2024年小型微型企业贷款专项金融债券(第二期)于2024年10月25日簿记建档，2024年10月29日发行完毕。本期债券为3年期固定利率债券，发行规模为人民币50亿元，票面利率为2.23%。
本期债券发行的募集资金在扣除发行费用后，将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，全部用于向小型微型企业发放贷款，为小微企业提供金融服务。
