大新银行(02356.HK) 信用卡及私人贷款业务主管蔡秀琼表示，随着减息周期开始，加上内地推出连串提振经济措施、普遍带旺消费及利好市场气氛，今年大新交税快应钱主推Cash is King概念，提供特低实际年利率低至1.38%，预期带动今年借贷额按年增长中双位数。她又指，留意到10月信用卡业务有理想的表现。
