智通财经APP获悉，中信金融资产(02799)现涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.25%，报0.68港元，成交额2243.33万港元。
消息面上，据上证报报道，10月27日，中信金融资产实施的融创董家渡纾困项目(外滩壹号院二期)三批次正式开盘，158套房源开盘即售罄，实现58.82亿元销售额。该项目自今年4月入市仅6个月，即实现三开三罄，完成清盘，总成交金额215亿元，成为上海年内单盘销售额前二位，打造了产融协同房地产纾困化险的新样板。
国海证券此前指出，四大AMC之一的华融被中信集团收购之后，已经完成了初步的脱胎换骨，业务模型持续转型，为其他三大 AMC 信达、东方及长城（划转至中投旗下）后续的转型发展提供了范本，AMC 后续发展可期，业务模式也有望从由接收并处置银行的不良资产包向并购重组与一级市场股权投资转向，提振业绩及估值修复。
