意法半导体（STMicroelectronics）周四公布第三季度净利润和销售额双双下滑，并今年第三次下调了年度业绩预期，因汽车和工业设备对芯片的需求依然疲软。

　　这家欧洲芯片制造商周四还表示，将在全公司范围内启动一项计划，以重塑其制造足迹并削减成本。该公司CEO让-马克·奇瑞（Jean-Marc Chery）表示，到2027年底，此举将每年节省高达数亿美元的成本。

　　该公司表示，预计今年全年营收约为132.7亿美元，比2023年下降逾23%，低于此前132亿美元至137亿美元的预期。该公司还表示，毛利率应略低于40%。

　　意法半导体第三季度净利润为3.51亿美元，同比下降近68%。营收为32.5亿美元，同比下降近27%。
