智通财经APP获悉，中国铝业(02600)重挫逾12%，截至发稿，跌11.93%，报4.87港元，成交额1.51亿港元。
消息面上，中国铝业公布9月止首三季度业绩，实现营业收入1,737.78亿人民币，同比下降7.8%；归属股东净利润90.17亿元，同比增长68.5%。单看第三季，营业收入630.6亿元，同比增加16%；归属股东净利润20亿元，同比增长3.3%。据悉，公司二季度净利47.86亿元，据计算，三季度净利环比下降58.21%。
此外，中国铝业公告称，拟通过协议方式受让全资子公司中铝新材料持有的中铝山东、中州铝业100%股权，交易对价约为96.21亿元人民币。完成后，中铝山东、中州铝业及中铝新材料三家企业均将由公司直接管理。集团认为，是次交易可进一步优化其精细氧化铝产业改革，明晰各企业发展定位，提升企业管理效能，推进公司对精细氧化铝的专业化管控。
