【上海：加大对创新药械产品海外上市支持力度 鼓励企业开展海外投资和并购】金十数据10月31日讯，上海市人民政府办公厅印发《上海市提升生物医药企业国际竞争力行动方案（2024—2027年）》的通知。方案提到，加大对创新药械产品海外上市支持力度。支持本市企业研发的创新药械产品，申请通过美国国家食品药品监督管理局（FDA）、欧洲药品管理局（EMA）、欧洲共同体（CE）、日本药品和医疗器械管理局（PMDA）、世界卫生组织以及金砖国家、“一带一路”国家药品监管机构注册上市。鼓励企业开展海外投资和并购。支持企业单独或联合开展企业风险投资（CVC）。面向海外投资或并购，推动国资基金、产业母基金等探索与企业共同出资组建CVC等基金。
