Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) received valid acceptances and excess applications for 296,979,393 shares in its rights issue, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The shares comprise 95.2% of the rights issue's total size, the filing said.
The company has raised net proceeds of about SG$35.4 million from the issue, which will be used to repay bank borrowings and for general working capital purposes.
