消息面上，万洲国际公布前三季度业绩，收入188.66亿美元，同比减少3.19%；公司拥有人应占利润为10.81亿美元，同比增长89.98%。期内，肉制品销售为228.2万吨，同比下跌4.4%。于中国及美国，销量分别下跌7.7%及3.1%，主要由于消费需求疲软。期内，猪肉的销量下跌7.6%。
里昂发表报告指出，万洲国际第三季度销售升3%，纯利更大升1.2倍，主要受惠优化美国业务，带动净利润率上升至6%。里昂预期，万洲在中国猪肉销售将持续面临盈利压力，受累于生猪屠宰量及猪价疲弱，但相信包装肉类的复苏将较预期来得更快。基于业务最新情况，里昂继续看好万洲，重申“跑赢大市”评级，目标价上调17.1%至7.55港元。
