世茂服务(00873.HK) 宣布，其间接全资附属公司成都世茂天成与合营伙伴订立投资协议，据此，订约方同意成立合营公司，以在中国建设及营运电动车充电站。
根据投资协议的条款，合营公司的注册资本为4亿元人民币(下同)。成都世茂天成将出资1.96亿元，合营伙伴将出资剩余2.04亿元，作为合营公司的注册资本。合营公司成立后，成都世茂天成及合营伙伴将分别拥有合营公司49%及51%股权。
合营公司的建议名称为苏州茂有充新能源科技，将专注于在中国建设、安装施工、营运及投资电动车充电站及其相关业务。(sl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
