智通财经APP讯，极兔速递-W(01519)发布公告，董事会已批准一项计划(建议股份回购计划)，以行使公司股东(股东)于2024年6月18日举行的公司股东周年大会上向董事会授出的一般授权(回购授权)回购本公司B类股份，股东已批准回购授权，以在市场上购买不超过于股东周年大会当日本公司已发行股份(不包括库存股份)总数10%的B类股份。
建议股份回购计划拟使用的最高资金总额:不超过10亿港元。根据回购授权可回购的B类股份总数:不超过8.81亿股B类股份。
董事会认为，股份的交易价格低估了本公司的业绩及价值。本公司致力于成为一家全球物流服务提供商。未来，本公司将专注于东南亚及中国市场，以巩固其市场地位，并稳步提升在新市场的地位。对外，本公司将抓住电商平台全球扩张的重大发展机遇。对内，本公司将精细化管理，持续降低成本，以中国经验赋能海外业务，加强品牌建设，不断拓展非平台项目，以及提高盈利能力。同时，本公司的财务状况将使其能够进行建议股份回购计划，并保持充足财务资源以支持本公司业务持续增长。由于董事会致力于积极管理本公司资本，其认为，建议股份回购计划将为股东创造资本管理效益，且符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
