智通财经APP获悉，日前，渤健(BIIB.US)和Neomorph宣布开展一项研究合作，旨在发现和开发分子胶降解剂用于治疗阿尔茨海默病、罕见神经系统和免疫系统疾病等疾病。根据协议条款，渤健和Neomorph将合作识别、验证和优化多个分子胶降解剂，这些降解剂靶向高优先级别的靶点。渤健负责推进临床候选药物的进一步开发和潜在商业化。Neomorph将获得预付款，并有资格在当每个靶标进入合作各个阶段时获得里程碑款项，包括近期的某些临床前里程碑以及某些临床、监管、商业和销售里程碑，总款项可高达14.5亿美元。
这次合作旨在利用Neomorph专有的分子胶发现平台来加速新型小分子治疗性分子胶降解剂的识别和验证。
