小米汽车近日针对外界对其碳陶瓷刹车盘表面“裂纹”的疑问作出回应。
小米汽车指出，这些纹路是涂层碳陶盘的固有特性，且市场上采用相同工艺的产品普遍具有这一特征。
据了解，这种以碳化硅为主要成分的涂层有助于保持摩擦面的均匀性，并保护盘体内部材质。
在高温生产过程中，涂层会自然形成细密的表面纹路。
小米强调，经过验证，带涂层的碳陶盘在性能上优于未带涂层的碳陶盘，且不会影响刹车盘的强度和性能。
雷军在发布会上提到，新车搭载的赛级碳陶瓷制动盘直径是目前跑车制动盘中最大的，前制动盘尺寸为430mmx40mm，后制动盘为410mmx32mm。
可在超过1300℃的高温下工作。
碳陶瓷刹车盘因其耐高温、轻量化、耐用性强和出色的制动性能，通常用于高性能跑车和赛车中。
因此，在高强度制动时，碳陶瓷刹车盘不会出现热衰减现象，确保在赛道驾驶和高负荷条件下的稳定性能。
