智通财经APP获悉，风电股早盘普涨，截至发稿，金风科技(02208)涨6.13%，报6.92港元；龙源电力(00916)涨5.51%，报7.09港元；新天绿色能源(00956)涨1.73%，报3.53港元；东方电气(01072)涨1.4%，报10.14港元。
消息面上，国家发展改革委等六部门发布关于大力实施可再生能源替代行动的指导意见。意见中提到，全面提升可再生能源供给能力。加快推进以沙漠、戈壁、荒漠地区为重点的大型风电光伏基地建设，推动海上风电集群化开发。科学有序推进大型水电基地建设，统筹推进水风光综合开发。就近开发分布式可再生能源。
平安证券指出，整体来看，国内海上风电推进节奏加快，陆上风电招标量超预期，风机企业风机毛利率处于上升通道，下半年以来海上风机出口取得重大突破，风电板块的基本面实质性改善，继续看好风电板块的投资机会。
