智通财经APP讯，百得利控股(06909)发布公告，于2024年10月31日，哈尔滨柏得来富(新租户)(公司的间接全资附属公司)与哈尔滨龙宝(业主)及哈尔滨和利达(原租户)就哈尔滨4S经销店的租赁订立哈尔滨租赁协议。于同日，厦门百得利(租户)(公司的间接全资附属公司)与厦门欧利行(业主)就厦门4S经销店的租赁订立厦门租赁协议。
据悉，哈尔滨4S经销店位于中国黑龙江省哈尔滨市松北区中源大道9570号，包括建筑面积达5650.54平方米的陈列室及车间，以及配套设施。
厦门4S经销店位于中国福建省厦门市海沧区马青路1067号，包括建筑面积达4557.31平方米的陈列室及车间、50个总面积达750平方米的停车位及配套设施。
公告称，集团旨在巩固其作为中国领先豪华及超豪华汽车经销服务供应商的市场地位，并把握汽车市场机遇。董事认为哈尔滨4S经销店及厦门4S经销店位于策略性位置，可供集团扩大其目前在中国一线及二线城市经营的经销网络。集团目前正在就分别就于哈尔滨经营哈尔滨4S经销店及于厦门经营厦门4S经销店向相关汽车生产商申请授权。因此，租赁哈尔滨4S经销店及厦门4S经销店符合集团扩大其汽车经销网络及品牌组合的策略。
