智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)公布，截至2024年9月30日，公司经营了84家自营商场，260家不同管理深度的委管商场，通过战略合作经营7家家居商场，此外，公司以特许经营方式授权48家特许经营家居建材项目，共包括430家家居建材店╱产业街。
报告期内，公司新开1家自营商场，位于四川成都，关闭3家商场，位于福建厦门、河北唐山、山西阳泉，有1家商场由自营转为委管，位于山东威海;委管商场新开1家商场，位于云南昭通，关闭13家商场，位于山东莱阳、四川成都、山东荣成、福建福州、河南长葛、陕西西安、江苏兴化、湖南邵阳、湖北仙桃、新疆库尔勒、广西北海、湖北黄石、甘肃张掖，有4家商场由委管转为特许经营，位于湖南常德、湖北黄冈、湖北黄石、四川宜宾。
截至2024年9月30日，公司有17家筹备中的自营商场(其中自有14家、租赁 3家)，计划建筑面积约279万平方米(最终以政府许可文件批准的建筑面积为准);筹备的委管商场中，有281个委管签约项目已取得土地使用权证╱已获得地块。
公司已开业自营商场于2024年前三季度取得营业收入人民币43.44亿元，比上年同期减少19.1%，毛利率为70.2%，相比2023年同期毛利率减少1.7个百分点。
