智通财经APP讯，万里印刷(08385)发布公告，于2024年10月30日，黄河(公司间接全资附属公司)与合资方订立合资协议，订约方同意有关合资公司钰彩印刷服务(惠州)的注册资本为人民币500万元的安排，而该合资公司由黄河拥有28%及合资方拥有72%。
于本公布日期，惠州工厂正在进行翻新，而合资方已关闭龙华工厂，并拟于惠州工厂完成翻新后将其员工及设备转移至惠州工厂。惠州厂房预计将于2024年底开始营运。于本公布日期，合资公司已就惠州工厂订立租赁协议，租期为2024年11月15日至2034年11月14日。惠州工厂的面积约为9,640平方米，其位于中国广东省惠州市惠阳区新圩镇长布村瑞桥路68号5栋1楼、2楼、3楼及7栋4楼。
集团已关闭其深圳工厂，并计划将印刷订单外包至惠州工厂。本集团于1992年在香港成立，并在印刷业中拥有悠久历史，其将致力凭藉遵守国际标准、强大且稳定的项目管理技能等竞争优势以从海外客户获取订单，该等订单可由惠州工厂承接并外包给惠州工厂以获取利润，本公司相信此举将显着降低本公司的固定经常性成本，以改善其现金流量。
