智通财经APP讯，天津银行(01578)发布公告，董事会已审议通过《天津银行股份有限公司资本补充规划(2024年-2026年)》，并将提交本行股东大会审议。结合《天津银行股份有限公司资本补充规划(2024年-2026年)》，为优化资本结构，提高风险抵御能力，提升资本对业务经营发展的支持力度，本行拟发行不超过人民币200亿元(含200亿元)减记型无固定期限资本债券和不超过人民币200亿元(含200亿元)二级资本债券(合称“资本补充工具)。
