碧桂园服务完成与万达方股份出售交易，交易额6.49亿元
财中社10月30日电碧桂园服务（06098）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司碧桂园物业香港已完成与万达方的第二期股份出售交易。根据补充协议（四），碧桂园物业香港同意出售2211万股目标公司股份，约占目标公司全部股本的0.31%。此次交易的代价为6.49亿元，交易完成后，碧桂园物业香港将不再持有目标公司任何股份。
第一期出售事项已于2024年10月14日完成，涉及的股份为1.08亿股，代价为31.42亿元。此次交易合并计算的最高适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，因此需根据上市规则进行公告。董事会认为此次出售条款公平合理，有助于聚焦核心业务及提升集团的财务灵活性。预计此次交易将使碧桂园服务的资产净值增加约1亿元（未经过审计）。
