智通财经APP讯，华能国际电力股份(00902)发布公告，会计准则下，2024年前三季度合并层计提资产减值损失共计11.93亿元。其中：1.长期资产减值11.48亿元：以资产组为基础的减值共计11.36亿元，包括华能国际电力股份有限公司济宁电厂7.27亿元和华能吉林发电有限公司农安生物质发电厂4.09亿元;其他单项资产减值0.12亿元。2.存货跌价损失0.27亿元，主要是本期间对库龄较长已无使用价值的备品备件计提存货跌价准备。3.前期费减值0.18亿元：华能海南发电股份有限公司文昌风电厂0.12亿元，其他前期费减值0.06亿元。
会计准则下，2024年前三季度公司母公司层计提资产减值共计7.27亿元，为济宁电厂以资产组为基础计提的长期资产减值。
上述减值准备事项合计减少会计准则下2024年前三季度合并层利润总额11.93亿元。
