智通财经APP获悉，光伏股多数上扬，截至发稿，协鑫科技(03800)涨6.29%，报1.69港元；协鑫新能源(00451)涨5.62%，报0.47港元；新特能源(01799)涨5.13%，报11.48港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)涨3.92%，报15.38港元。
消息面上，10月29日，有市场消息称，自今日起，隆基绿能光伏组件价格上涨1-2分/瓦，截至目前，包括天合光能、晶科、通威、晶澳在内头部组件企业出货价格均已向上微调1-3分/瓦。就上述信息，相关企业均未正面回复。一头部组件企业负责人也表示，反内卷会议后，涨价是趋势。
华创证券指出，10月22日，中节能2024年度光伏组件框架协议采购开标，该项目采购2.5GW的N型TOPCon双面组件，项目投标均价0.694元/W，报价范围为0.675~0.722元/W，最低价不低于协会此前公布的最低投标价，且相比于9月中旬报价有一定幅度上涨，协会倡议初显成效。
中信证券认为，光伏行业协会提出行业“防内卷”倡议，有望推动行业长期健康发展。国内1-9月光伏发电量及新增装机数据均显著高于全国电力行业平均水平，在风光大基地持续建设的背景下，四季度光伏装机量有望继续走高。虽然当前产业链价格仍旧承压，但8月组件招标已出现显著增长，同时叠加外围政策可能的边际改善，产业链内各环节已具备较大投资价值。
