智通财经APP讯，大唐潼金(08299)发布公告，于2024年9月26日举行的股东周年大会上获股东批准后，开曼群岛公司注册处已发出更改名称的公司注册证书，证明公司名称已由“Grand T G Gold Holdings Limited”更改为“GT Gold Holdings Limited”及采用大唐黄金控股有限公司作为公司的中文双外文名称，以取代未经注册的中文名称“大唐潼金控股有限公司”，而新名称已自2024年9月27日起记入开曼群岛公司注册处存置的名册。
该等股份将以新英文股份简称“GT GOLD”及新中文股份简称“大唐黄金”于联交所买卖，而现有英文股份简称“GRAND T G GOLD”及中文股份简称“大唐潼金”将不再使用，自2024年11月1日上午九时正起生效。公司的股份代号“8299”维持不变。
