特步国际完成5亿港元可换股债券发行
财中社11月1日电特步国际（01368）发布公告，宣布已于2024年11月1日完成5亿港元的可换股债券发行，所得款项净额约为4.99亿港元，主要用于赎回KP Global的可换股债券。同时，KP Global也完成了盖世威可换股债券的提早赎回，涉及金额为1.54亿美元。
公告中提到，特步可换股债券的发行对公司的股权结构产生影响，假设所有债券均已兑换，股东群成投资有限公司的持股比例将从46.64%降至43.82%。此外，特步国际预计在2024年11月底前完成与Ding Shun Investment的出售事项，并将在出售完成后宣派特别股息。
