马可数字科技(01942.HK) 公布，开元信德会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，自昨日(31日)起生效。
马可数字科技表示，根据中国相关机构的监管决定，开元信德无法为在中国内地以外上市的中国内地企业提供审核服务，为期5年。另外，开元信德尚未就集团截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的综合财务报表开展任何审核程序。
马可数字科技亦披露，已议决委任苏亚文舜会计师事务所为公司核数师，自昨日起生效，将持续有效直至下届股东周年大会结束为止。(js/w)
