佳兆业集团(01638.HK) 公布，开元信德会计师事务所已辞任公司核数师，自昨日(31日)起生效。
佳兆业表示，注意到中国财政部于今年8月2日作出的公开声明内，财政部已对开元信德作出限制，5年内不得从事内地企业境外上市审核服务业务。另外，开元信德尚未对集团截至2024年12月31日止财政年度的综合财务报表开展任何审核工作。
佳兆业亦披露，已议决委任永拓富信会计师事务所为公司新核数师，以填补开元信德辞任后之临时空缺，任期直至公司来届股东周年大会结束为止。(js/w)
