智通财经APP讯，数字王国(00547)发布公告，于2024年11月1日，公司根据于2022年6月16日采纳的购股权计划向许兴利(其自授出日期起已获委任为公司非执行董事及首席策略顾问)授出购股权，可认购公司股本中4000万股每股面值0.01港元的普通股，惟须待接纳后，方可作实。所授出的购股权行使价为每股股份0.490港元。
