中金发表报告指，受惠来自净息差和净交易性收入表现较好，中银香港(02388.HK) 第三季业绩稍胜该行预期。营业收入按年升3.9%至184.79亿元，较该行预期高4.2%，经营利润按年升7.8%至129.87亿元，较该行预期高5.7%。
报告称，中银香港期内经调整净利息收入按季增长1.8%，单季净息差按季上升1点子至1.63%，主要来自公司优化资产负债结构，资产端动态管理债券投资，债券投资收益率上升，负债端加强存款定价和期限管理。
该行称，中银香港上季贷款需求仍然不佳；手续费收入温和复苏。不过，净交易性收入成为亮点。上季其他非息收入12.8亿港元，按年增长29.9%，主要来自外汇相关的净交易性收入表现较好。
