金吾财讯 | 据媒体，黑石集团(BX)正在就洽购Retail Opportunity Investments(ROIC)进入深入谈判，后者持有美国的购物中心，包括债务在内的市值约为34亿美元。据悉，贝恩资本等其他私募股权公司亦对Retail Opportunity表现出兴趣。若黑石与Retail Opportunity的谈判成，交易可能在未来数周内达成。Retail Opportunity现持有93个购物中心，总面积约1050万平方尺。
