智通财经APP获悉，重型机械股走高，截至发稿，中联重科(01157)涨3.96%，报5.51港元；三一国际(00631)涨3.73%，报5.28港元；中国龙工(03339)涨1.34%，报1.51港元；一拖股份(00038)涨1.3%，报7.03港元。
消息面上，据市场报道，9月挖机内销同比增近两成，内销连续六个月实现双位数正增长,但外销数据则“深秋略冷”，9月销量同比仅基本持平。有工程机械产业链人士表示，国内土方机械需求呈现筑底回升态势，叠加降本增效等因素驱动，今年前三季行业周期性波动得以平滑。
海通国际发布研报称，10 月12 日，财政部部长蓝佛安指出，拟一次性增加较大规模债务限额置换地方政府存量隐性债务，加大力度支持地方化解债务风险，相关政策待履行法定程序后再向社会作详尽说明。随着后续政策的逐步落地，基建和地产领域开工有望边际修复，带动挖机需求边际改善。
