艾美疫苗13价结合肺炎疫苗正式提交上市注册
11月1日，艾美疫苗（6660.HK）发布公告称，公司自主研发的13价结合肺炎疫苗已向国家药品监督管理局提交药品上市注册。集团全资子公司艾美坚持生物制药有限公司已取得生产该产品相应的药品生产许可证。据公告，已完成揭盲的Ⅲ期临床研究结果显示，艾美疫苗这款疫苗具有良好的免疫原性和安全性，达到临床预设目标。
多年来，13价结合肺炎疫苗单品全球销量始终高居不下。据艾美疫苗公告，全球13价结合肺炎疫苗缺口高达1.8亿剂，但目前全球仅3家企业获批供应，艾美有望成为13价结合肺炎疫苗的重要供应商。此外，13价结合肺炎疫苗在中国获批年龄组的渗透率预估为25.9%，而美国相应年龄组渗透率超过80%，可见中国市场具有巨大的上升空间。2022年该产品国内的销售额约为95亿元人民币，据灼识咨询预测，到2030年市场规模有望达到350亿元人民币。
值得一提的是，10月以来，艾美疫苗年内计划申报上市的两款重磅大单品都有积极进展。迭代无血清狂犬病疫苗三期临床数据揭盲达到临床预设目标，13价结合肺炎疫苗已提交上市注册，两款重磅大单品均进入上市冲刺阶段。市场人士认为，在港股医药板块迎来整体性复苏的当下，作为密集利好即将兑现的龙头公司，艾美疫苗值得关注。（周伟）
