China CITIC Bank (SHA:601998, HKG:0998) said the Shanghai Stock Exchange suspended the issuance and listing review procedures for the bank's allotment of A shares, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The bank said it will apply as soon as possible for the resumption of the review for share allotment to the original holders of A shares.
Shars of China CITIC Bank rose 2% in recent trade.
