Alamo Group said its board approved a new share repurchase program for up to $50 million of the company's outstanding common stock.
The company's shares ended Thursday's regular session at $169.54, down 2%. Year to date, shares are down about 19%.
The maker of agricultural and infrastructure maintenance equipment has a market cap of $2.09 billion, 12.06 million shares outstanding and a public float of 11.53 million shares.
