智通财经APP讯，1957&CO.(08495)发布公告，郭志波因需投入更多时间处理个人其他事务，已辞任公司执行董事、行政总裁及合规主任，自2024年11月1日起生效。于彼辞任后，郭先生亦不再担任公司策略发展委员会成员。
为认可郭先生在任期间对集团作出的宝贵贡献，董事会已于郭先生辞任后委任彼为公司荣誉顾问，自2024年11月1日起生效。
于郭先生辞任后，刘明辉将由公司营运总裁调任为副行政总裁，自2024年11月1日起生效。刘先生亦将担任公司代理行政总裁。
董事会进一步宣布，随着GEM上市规则的修订自2024年1月1日起生效，将GEM上市发行人的持续责任与联交所主板的持续责任对齐，公司不再需要根据GEM上市规则委任合规主任。因此，董事会决议于郭先生辞任后取消合规主任职位。
