【融创服务：年内已购买6.5亿元理财产品，拟将尚未动用IPO募资购买理财】金十数据11月2日讯，11月1日，融创服务(01516.HK)披露认购理财产品的交易及更新全球发售所得款项闲置资金用途。公告显示，融创服务于2024年2月7日、2月19日和2月27日分别认购了光大理财产品和中国外贸信托产品，涉及金额分别为人民币1亿元、2亿元和3.5亿元。董事会决议，若上市所得款净额并未实时用作已披露的用途，集团在确保预期资金使用需求的前提下，可将上市所得款净额存于持牌银行或金融机构作活期存款或定期存款，或者购买安全性高、流动性好的理财产品，且期限均不超过十二个月，以提升集团资金使用效率及收益，不会影响集团日常资金周转或集团的主营业务运营。
