智通财经APP讯，禹洲集团(01628)发布公告，公司建议以每股供股股份0.035港元的认购价按于记录日期每持有100股现有股份可获发49股供股股份的基准进行供股，以透过向合资格股东发行最多32.065亿股供股股份(假设已发行股份数目于记录日期或之前并无变动)筹集最多约1.122亿港元(扣除专业费用及其他相关开支前)。
供股的估计所得款项净额将最多为约1.102亿港元(假设供股获悉数认购;及已发行股份数目于记录日期或之前并无变动)。公司拟将所得款项净额用于支付重组支持协议费用、有关建议重组的费用及集团流动资金需求。为支持建议重组及供股，赞助人(公司非执行董事兼控股股东林龙安先生、公司主席兼首席执行官、公司执行董事兼控股股东郭英兰女士)已不可撤销地向公司承诺(其中包括)认购合共18.95亿股供股股份，当中包括就承诺股份供股的全部配额(下调至供股股份最接近的整数)。
