BUZZ-Australia's Noble Helium falls on non-receipt of Interpol clearance for rig

** Shares of Noble Helium fall as much as 8.6% to A$0.053, hitting their lowest level since Oct. 11

** Commodity chemicals explorer says BoreXpert rig delayed at Kenya/Tanzania border

** Co says paperwork related to Interpol clearance, started several weeks ago and expected to be completed last week, is still awaiting completion

** Adds BoreXpert's earliest estimate for rig to be on-site is by mid-November

** Co does not foresee delay causing any additional or significant problems in completing upcoming program

** Stock down 44.8% YTD, as of last close
