智通财经APP讯，北京能源国际(00686)发布公告，于2024年11月4日，吉林卓朗(公司的附属公司，作为发包方)与联合体单位(作为承包方)订立EPC合约。根据EPC合约，联合体单位将向吉林卓朗提供EPC服务，以建设EPC项目。EPC合约项下的合约价格约为人民币5.50亿元(含税)。
据悉，联合体单位为由中水北方(作为联合体单位牵头人)及京电能源工程(作为联合体单位成员)组成的联合体单位。
公告称，经考虑风力发电于中国可再生能源行业的发展及预计投资回报，公司对该行业于可见未来的前景持乐观态度。围绕国家大基地规划，有望在“东北、华北、西北”地区加快大型风力发电基地布局。
集团已加快清洁能源规模扩张发展及扩大风电业务规模的步伐，此乃集团于此方面的重点之一。据董事所深知，中水北方及京电能源工程均为发展成熟的公司，在中国可再生能源发电项目建设及发展方面拥有丰富经验。订立EPC合约将符合国家布局大型电力基地的政策，将使公司能通过建设优质风力发电项目，进一步扩展其于可再生能源行业中风电场的业务规模并多元化清洁能源组合，从而为股东赚取更大回报。
