消息面上，昭衍新药发布公告，经国务院批准，由财政部、商务部与招商局资本管理(北京)有限公司(以下简称“招商局资本(北京)”)共同发起设立服务贸易创新发展引导基金二期(有限合伙)(暂定名，具体名称以工商行政管理机构核定名称为准，以下简称“服贸二期基金”、“本基金”)，招商局资本(北京)为本基金的普通合伙人、执行事务合伙人，并担任本基金的基金管理人。
公司作为生物医药领域的代表性服务贸易企业，其或其指定子公司拟与招商局资本(北京)签署合作协议，参与服贸二期基金的发起设立。公司或其指定子公司作为有限合伙人认缴出资不超过 1 亿元人民币。本次投资是公司基于长远发展的战略性探索，借助专业投资机构在专业判断及投资管理上的优势，为公司夯实产业基础和布局医疗健康产业带来积极影响，进一步拓展公司的产业布局，提升公司的盈利能力，为公司后期打造新的利润增长点，实现公司的持续发展。
